What to Keep in Your Car in Case of an Emergency

What do you keep in your car in case of an emergency? Whether you’re sitting in hours of traffic or stuck on the side of the road, here are few things we think are important to always have on hand:

    • First Aid Kit: Cold packs, bandages, gauze, alcohol wipes, medical tape, Benadryl, pain reliever, or any over-the-counter meds you find important
    • Copies of your insurance card, emergency phone numbers and your medical information
    • Keep a car charger in your car at all times in case you are stuck for hours and your phone dies or even keep a backup battery as well
    • Flashlights
    • Shoes and socks in case you need to change into comfy attire
  • Water and non-perishable goods
  • Blanket
  • Flares and/or safety cones to make sure other drivers see you in case you do have to stop in the road

These are just a few items but they can make a huge difference in a time of need!
