Property and Casualty / Life Insurance Agent
This is a full-time agent position we offer for licensed individuals. We provide an official training program that gets you ready and comfortable. Our competitive commission structure with renewals is a great opportunity for someone wanting to establish a lucrative and long-lasting career.
Rafail Insurance Group knows that mortgage and real estate professionals are very trusted in the home buying process. Therefore, we have established the In-House Agent Program for mortgage and real estate professionals to become licensed insurance agents. By doing this we can legitimately pay 50% of the commission (versus a referral fee).
Professional Farmers Insurance Training and Seminars will be available monthly. Trained staff will visit your office, welcome you and show our support by providing a complementary study CD.
Customer Service Representative
Our agency is based on customer service and building relationships with our clients. The person in the CSR position must have an energetic and professional attitude. You become the voice of the agency, and we want make sure you get the training and compensation you need to provide the best possible level of customer service.
Part Time Agent
This position is perfect for someone who would like the freedom to work with people within their network of friends. This position can be worked from home or at our office.
